Stayed for 11 nights. Very clean and modern apartment with everything you need. Location is also great, only a 15 min walk to the old town, and 5min walk to the nearest beach. The area is quiet with both shops and bakeries nearby. The hosts were lovely, and provided us with recommendations for activities in the city, and anything we needed. They picked us up from the airport for free. Would really really recommend this place, we had a lovely time.

The property was absolutely spotless and very tastefully decorated. It is about a 15 minute pleasant stroll downhill into the old town. Consequently, if you choose to walk back it will be uphill. However, there are many buses to take back and depending on the bus you take it is only 2 stops and a short walk. Josipa was a fantastic host throughout. She kindly helped me with details of car rentals which were close by, as well as being on hand whenever we had a question. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Room was well renovated and furnished. Owner greeted us when we arrived and sent us off. She made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Location was a 15-20 minutes leisure walk to the old city. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The room is very clean and beautiful, had all the necessary amenities. 15 to 20 min walk to old town but the walk was beautiful. Restaurants and quick eats as well as convenient stores close by so was very convenient.

Exceptional clean and fresh TV with Netflix was a good bonus for us as our stay was at the end of 6 weeks travelling. The hosts live on site which we found works well. They are available for tips and help when needed. You also feel like you are experiencing more of a local lifestyle.

Beautiful place, good location, free parking, whatever you need is there and most importantly, very very clean.

Josipa nous a réservé un excellent accueil. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien équipées. La maison est située près du centre. Le parking est un plus car il n’est pas facile de se garer dans Dubrovnik. Josipa nous a conseillé de très bons restaurants.

Great place. Highly recommended. Good location, very kind and helpful owner. The room was very clean, there was air conditioning and drinks in the pfridge. Parking, private terrace and access to the Netflix on the TV were also a big plus. If I were to return it would definitely to this place.

The place is brand new, host Josipa and her husband are very welcoming. We had a lovely room with an open area, Parking is available and secured. Beds were comfortable. We were also provided with a kettle and coffee. Just a few minutes away from Dubrovnik. There's also a nearby beach. If you don't wish to walk 15 -20 min there is also a bus stop nearby just 3 bus stops away on the number 4 bus.

La habitación es preciosa, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, además de terraza y párking, que si vas en coche a Dubrovnik es indispensable, a un paseo del centro o puedes pedir un Uber por 6 Euros.

The owners of the rooms were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive to messages and even arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. The room was really clean with plenty of towels.

The location was perfect. Easy walk to the old town about 15 min walk and easy to get to Lapad we walked this a couple of times was about 30 mins. The room was modern and tidy. The terrace was gorgeous and allowed us to enioy a morning coffee. I highly recommend, thank you for a lovely stay.

great location - easy walk to old town and the other side of Dubrovnik also. host was easily contactable and gave us great recommendations for food. allowed us to check out slightly later and park in front of the property after check out. the air con was very welcome after a long hot day!

Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst und war genau wie beschrieben. Moderne, saubere Zimmer, mit großer Terrasse, Parkplatz am eigenen Grundstück vorhanden und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar (15-20 Minuten), wobei wir aufgrund der Hitze manchmal den Bus nahmen, der ganz in der Nähe der Unterkunft wegfährt..

Nous avons apprécié la chambre en tant que tel, les équipements sont neufs et qualitatifs, nous avions même accès à une terrasse avec du mobilier pour se délasser et de quoi étendre le linge L’emplacement de parking correspond à la cour située devant la maison de la propriétaire fermée par un portique électrique (nous avons la télécommande pour l’ouvrir et la fermer), c’est très sécurisant ; la propriétaire est très sympathique, donne d’excellent conseils en tout point, parle très bien anglais et est au petit soin pour les hôtes (elle propose tous les jours de changer les essuies, vide les poubelles dés qu’elle passe dans la chambre…)

Das Ehepaar war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns dann sogar was vom Grill raufgebracht zum Kosten☺️

Top Unterkunft und eine fantastische Gastgeberin

Morgens haben wir uns in einer der umliegenden Bäckereien/Märkte frisches Gebäck geholt und auf der Terrasse in der Sonne gegessen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Gegend ruhig, dass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Das Bad ist ebenso komplett neu gemacht und super sauber. Ein sicherer Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist ebenso verfügbar für die Gäste. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in Dubrovnik: Fußweg zum Strand ca. 10 min und Fußweg in die Altstadt ca. 20 min. In der unmittelbaren Nähe befindet sich aber auch eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man in die Altstadt, zum Hafen, etc. fahren kann. Gastgeberin Josipa ist sehr höflich und freundlich. Sie hat uns immer hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und keine Bitte abgeschlagen. Alles hat perfekt gepasst! Klare Empfehlung!

Die Sauberkeit, ruhige zentrale Lage man kann die Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichen (20 Min.)

Super schickes kleines Appartment mit Terrasse, super sauber, sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein, sehr angenehm. Dubrovnik old town ist fußläufig in ca. 10-15 min. Erreichbar, oder wahlweise mit dem Bus (Tickets sind im Dubrovnik Pass inklusive), Achtung, mittwochs haben die meisten Museen zu. Strand ist in 10 min. Zu Fuß erreichbar. Privater Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück, perfekt.

Almost everything are perfect, Josephine the proprietor is very kind, helpful and has great customer service. The apartment is filled with amenities. It’s was very comfortable, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood and the furnishings are very nice.

I highly recommend this place! The host is the kindest and really supportive, very smooth in communication. So close to the bus stop and the old city, also you can see beautiful sea view around the place. Balcony is beautiful too

Fantastic accommodation, great air conditioning for the hot 🥵 days, a kettle to make a coffee when you wanted and a fridge to keep things cool. Nice big parking area, and as we were traveling by motorcycle, it was great to have it locked behind secure gates. Great location for a few restaurants locally or a short walk into the old town. But the icing on the cake, was the private terrace to relax on. Overall, a fantastic experience.
